Being sure to find time to take care of her physical fitness needs, Ellen Pompeo was spotted leaving a local gym in Los Angeles, CA on Thursday morning (February 16).

The “Grey’s Anatomy” actress sported black Nike pants and a gray top as she made her way back to her vehicle while the paparazzi looked on.
