Report: Katie Holmes Granted Sole Custody of Suri

Hollywood divorces can be messy at times, but it looks like Katie Holmes and Tom Cruise are doing their best to keep things civil.

The “Mad Money” mommy reportedly scored sole custody of their six-year-old daughter Suri as outlined in the ex-couple’s divorce settlement reached yesterday (July 9).

An insider told press, "Katie was really smart about how she did this. Tom will be allowed to see Suri but there are guidelines for the visits."

"Tom is really sad at the thought of not being able to see Suri. You can tell he really loves his kids." the source added, noting that the specifics of the deal may never be fully disclosed.

"There are a lot [of provisions] there . . . From what I heard it was complicated, and one of the provisions is confidentiality. Katie doesn't care. She's free with her daughter.”
