Continuing her hunt for the latest trends, Lauren Conrad was spotted shopping at Madison in West Hollywood, CA this afternoon (July 18).

Keeping her apparel simple yet fabulous, the 26-year-old rocked a nude button-up with matching flats as she carried her shopping bag back to her luxurious ride.

With the summer season in full bloom, Miss Conrad recently revealed her favorite easy fitness tips via her self-titled website.

The blonde beauty penned, “The best kind of workout is a one that doesn’t feel like you’re exercising at all,” and shared three simple routines that include riding a bike, kayaking, and boarding a paddle boat.

Lauren added, “When you’re fitness oriented, it’s important to keep your workout routine fresh and fun. Most importantly, you need to keep you body guessing so it doesn’t acclimate to your exercise regimen.”
