After suffering from a heart attack on July 13, Michael Clarke Duncan died at the age of 54 on Monday (September 3).

His fiancee Omarosa Stallworth performed CPR on the Oscar-nominated actor during the first scare and was able to resuscitate him. Unfortunately, Duncan remained hospitalized ever since.

Publicist Joy Fehily released a statement from Omarosa that stated she “is grateful for all of your prayers and asks for privacy at this time,” adding, “Celebrations of his life, both private and public, will be announced at a later time.”

The towering actor appeared in dozens of films, including box office hits "Armageddon," ''Planet of the Apes" and "Kung Fu Panda." He also portrayed a handful of minor roles before "The Green Mile" brought him an Academy Award nomination for best supporting actor.
