Nicollette Sheridan: Suing “Desperate Housewives” Creator

She got canned from her hit ABC drama “Desperate Housewives” and now Nicollette Sheridan is looking to get revenge.

The blonde bombshell has filed a lawsuit against Marc Cherry, claiming she suffered assault and battery, gender violence, and wrongful termination.

Back in September of 2008, Sheridan claims Cherry “took her aside and forcefully hit her with his hand across her face and head,” after they had a dispute over a script. And for all of her pain and suffering, Nicollette says she’s due the tidy sum of $20 million.

A rep from ABC told press, “While we have yet to see the actual complaint, we investigated similar claims made by Ms. Sheridan last year and found them to be without merit.”
