Usher Held in Contempt For Credit Card Dispute

Facing more relationship drama, Usher is back in court with another issue regarding his 2009 divorce.

According to TMZ, the R&B singer has been held in contempt for closing his ex-wife's, Tameka Foster, Saks Fifth Avenue credit card last year.

Although the card was under the 33 year-old performer's name, Tameka claims that she cannot do her job as a stylist without having the account. As a result, the court is on her side and demands that Usher reopen the account.

Aside from the Saks drama, the court was also in favor of Foster’s claim that Raymond owed more than $1,300 for past due nanny bills.

At this time, there has still been no settlement on the custody and support differences.
